All the rooms at Brooklawn House B&B are smoke free, have WiFi access, include towels and toiletries, have televisions in each room and are pet free. Don’t worry if you do want to bring your pup along, we have a separate, cosy space for them to stay.
Garden View.
A double bed, private bathroom and views of the garden and the beautiful woodlands. You might even catch a glimpse of the lake during winter! Ground level room with private access from the garden. Complementary toiletries, flat screen TV and WiFi.

Edwardian Suite.
A double bed, beautiful Edwardian furniture and a view of the herbaceous walled garden. Second floor room with private bathroom. Complementary toiletries, flat screen TV and WiFi.

The Cottage.
The cottage is self-catering and has private access from the garden. Double bedroom with en-suite upstairs and beautiful open plan living area and kitchen downstairs. Second bathroom (with shower) downstairs. Pull out sofa in living room sleeps 2. Complementary toiletries, flat screen TV and WiFi.

Recharge Sanctuary.
At Brooklawn House B&B, we also offer the option of what we call our Recharge Sanctuary. Ideal for anyone who needs an extra hand, maybe you just want to recharge the batteries, or maybe you are coming out of hospital and not ready to go home just yet. Along with the usual bedroom, Dara will provide three delicious and nourishing home cooked meals to help get you back on your feet.
